Terms of Service

Last updated: October 26, 2026

By signing in to or using Assistant (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

What the app does

Assistant is a personal voice assistant. With your permission it can read and change your Google Calendar, read your Gmail, keep notes you ask it to remember, and send you reminders. How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Who may use it

The app is for personal use and is limited to one Google account chosen by the app’s owner. You must have the right to grant the app access to the Google account you sign in with.

You are responsible for its actions

The assistant is AI and can mishear you, misunderstand or get things wrong. It can create, change and delete calendar events when you ask. Check important results, such as meeting times and reminders, and don’t rely on the app for anything where a mistake could cause harm.

Acceptable use

Google services

The app relies on Google services, and your use of them stays subject to Google’s own terms. You can withdraw the app’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without promises that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free. Reminders and notifications may arrive late or not at all.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the app’s owner is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for missed events, deleted calendar entries, wrong answers or lost data arising from your use of the app.

Ending access

Access may be suspended or ended at any time. You can stop using the app whenever you like and revoke its Google access as described above.

Changes and contact

These terms may change; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the app means you accept the update. Questions: rehmanhassan117@gmail.com.
