Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

Assistant is a personal voice assistant. You talk to it, and it can check and change your Google Calendar, read your Gmail, remember things you tell it and remind you of them. This policy explains what data it uses and why. Access is limited to a single Google account chosen by the app’s owner.

Data we access from your Google account

Your voice

While a conversation is open, audio from your microphone is streamed to Google’s Gemini API, which produces the assistant’s spoken reply and a text transcript. We do not record or store audio. Calendar and email details the assistant needs to answer you are passed to the same Gemini session. Google’s Gemini API terms apply to that processing.

Data we store

This data is kept in a Postgres database (Neon) until you delete it. The app runs on Vercel.

How we use Google user data

Data from your Google account is used only to provide the features you ask for inside this app. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone except the services listed above that run the app. No person reads it unless you ask for help, it is needed for security or to follow the law, or it has been made anonymous.

Assistant’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who processes your data
